Windfall Ranch 

Serving the greater San Diego area, Windfall Ranch offers equestrians the chance to brush up and learn endurance riding and other competitive equestrian sports thanks to the 3000-foot elevation.

What started as a private farm soon became a boarding, training, and riding center bordering Cleveland National Forest.

With an extensive trail system that goes up in the mountains, the ranch allows both boarders and students to hone their skills or be in a quiet environment away from the bustling city.

For those looking to board, the two arenas, two round pens, plenty of tack rooms, and corrals that don’t get muddy, although cleaned daily, will suffice. 

Depending on your horse’s needs, the horse gets alfalfa, Bermuda, rye, or pasture mix.

When boarding at Windfall Ranch, you have a choice of thirty-four 24 by 48 corrals with covers with many opening up to the large turnout area, and the charges for boarding are $365 per month.

For an additional fee of $25, your horse gets a daily mash of beet pulp and grain. In addition, if you have a trailer, you can keep it on the ranch at no extra charge.

San Pasqual Valley Ranch

Poway Equestrian Center is in Northeast San Diego, on top of a desert plateau with sweeping views of breathtaking Californian mountains and the Pacific Ocean.

With over 25 years of experience in the equine industry, Royal Horse Stables provides its guests with the highest quality of service facilities.
